Q: When will I be billed for my membership?
A: All memberships are billed on either the 10st, 20th, or 30th of every month.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: To sign up for a membership you can visit the front desk.

Q: What are the gym's hours?
A: We are open and staffed:
 Monday - Friday 5:30am - 10:00pm
Saturday 7:00am - 7:00pm
Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Q: How do I update my card on file?
A: To update your card on file just visit the front desk or give us a call.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: To cancel your membership just visit the front desk and we'll guide you through the process.

Q: Do you offer family plans?
A: We do not offer family plans. Each person will need to get setup with their own account.

Q: What is the minimum age to sign up?
A: You must be at least 13 years old to join with a parent and 16 years old to have an individual membership.

Q: Can I freeze my membership?
A: We are only able to freeze memberships for school and medical leave.

Q: I cancelled in the past and would like to join again. Can I just restart my previous membership?
A: Once your membership has been cancelled you'll need to sign up with a new account and select one of our current membership options.

Q: Are your memberships contracts?
A: We don't offer any contracts. All of our offers are either month to month or paid in full passes.

Q: What do I need to bring to sign up?
A: If signing up in person just bring your ID and the card you would like to use for payment.
 Once your account is active you'll receive a key tag for check in.

Q: Are classes included with all memberships?
A: Yes! All classes are included with every membership.
